Hematuria: Blood in the urine can be due to stones, infection (often tuberculosis), or malignancy. This should be thoroughly evaluated and not ignored. Would see a urologist or nephrologist and follow up with them.

Depends : Could be a few things, at the top of my differential includes kidney stones and cystic kidney disease with the first be more likely. You need some imaging most likely ultrasound or ct scan.
