Is it common for someone with super slow metabolism to still feel nauseated from general anesthesia 20+ hours after a 90-minute lap surgery? currently on zofran, pain has kicked back, unable to eat yet due to nausea/vomiting. what else may cause it?

Post op nausea/vomit: Less about metabolism and more about the multiple risk factors . General anesthesia, abdominal surgery, female, likely dehydration if still not eating.
