Healthy choices: The best way to lose weight (or maintain a healthy weight) is to eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise regularly. Control your portions and only eat when you are hungry, and stop when you start to get full. Decrease junk foods. Exercise at least 1 hour a day, at least 3-4 days/wk.
