Balance: Increase caloric output (activity). Decrease caloric intake (foods). It's that simple and at the same time that hard. Cut down on portion size, snacking, and high-sugar/starch foods. Increase the level of activity...Pushing the tv remote or the computer key pad doesn't use up a lot of calories.
