Balanced diet: I would suggest checking with your doctor they can plot your height and weight on a growth chart. If your ratio called a body mass index is high, then they will suggest a diet and exercise routine. In the meantime, avoid junk food, soda, candy and eat at least five servings of fruits, vegetables per day, along with whole grains and lean protein such as skinless chicken.
