What to do if i have upper stomach cramps on and off anyone have any ideas what could be happening?

Many things : Upper stomach has rt upper stomach/quadrant, left upper stomach/quadrant and the middle upper stomach/epigastrum each has different organs in them, stomach spleen pancrease (pancrelipase) deudenum, liver/gall bladder .Then you have the chest cavity with different organs including your heart, very important organ so the cramps and pain could come from there so you should see your pcp if you dont have one find one/p.
