Don't worry: Have the cramps & bloating improved? If so, then likely the worst is over. You didn't say where the numbness is located, nor how wide its area. Did you ever feel it before the cramps? If there is a significant cause for numbness, I think it is for a reason unrelated to the cramps & should be evaluated as a separate issue. Hope that helps.

AllsWellThatEndsWell: Well, usually you shouldn't feel your stomach. That is, maybe some gurgling but not much else unless there is something wrong and there is pain. But 'to feel numb' means to feel nothing, or to feel less in contrast to something else. So it's hard to know what you mean. But maybe it means you are getting better, that you feel less than you did last night. Wait and see what comes out the other end
