A member asked:

Is it possible to have appendicitis without pain, fever or vomitting?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: Maybe early on symptoms can be vague mid abdominal discomfort. Appendicitis is an internal infection that progresses to worsening abdominal pains with nausea. Generally the pains continue to get worse and the infection spreads until it is properly treated. A person could die from progressive infection & sepsis if appendicitis goes untreated.
