Unlikely: If there is no significant pain in the lower right side of the abdomen, appendicitis is unlikely.

Appendicitis: usually "presents" with ABDOMINAL PAIN starting as "generalized" gradually moving to the RIGHT lower abdomen...your description sounds like a viral gastroenteritis.....Hope this is helpful Dr Z
