Can a ct some how give the impression of ovaries if there are not any?

Yes: The ovaries are notoriously difficult to characterize on ct, and can be mistaken for lymph nodes, loops of bowel, or other abdominal contents. Ultrasound or MRI are better modalities for identifying the ovaries.
