Pretty vague: Fullness doesn't mean much especially at your age when your ovary is very active every month making follicles and eggs. I don't like when people put things like this in reports but it happens all the time. Chances are you have nothing to worry about, but you could get an ultrasound just to make sure. Ct scans are not particularly good at looking at the ovaries.

? normal: You are young and presumably have a normally functioning ovary - follicles (a normal component of the ovary) come and go with the menstrual cycle and may make the ovary appear prominent. I'd suggest seeing an ob-gyn dr. And considering an us of the pelvis.
