Probably nothing: Small ovaries may not be seen on a noncontrast ct scan. Sometimes they are difficult to identify on a contrast enhanced ct scan. Ct is really not the best way to evaluate the ovaries. If the goal of the exam is to evaluate the ovaries, then ultrasound is much better.
