No ovulation: No period means no ovulation. Pregnancy should be ruled out. Many things can stop ovulation like menopause, thyroid dysfunction, medical illness and hormonal disorders like pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome) or hypothalamic amenorrhea. It is important to be evaluated by your gynecologist.
