Depends: We all have this from time to time. It depends upon the rest of the story. When does it occur, how often, are you on meds, entire head or local, any other sx like vomiting or nausea or light-sensitivity/ history in family? How long have you had it. What makes it better or worse..Like any symptom it may be nothing but with a good history could lead to a diagnosis and life saving treatment.
