After being fixed once with the pyloric, will it ever need to be fixed again?

Not usually: In my forty years of practice I have seen only one case that occurred a few weeks after surgery. I am not sure whether surgery was not thorough or other factors involved. I have seen hundreds of cases of hypertrophic pyloric stenosis.
