Can pyloric dilation be helpful in addressing gerd symptoms?

GERD: GERD is usually due to a weakening of the lower esophageal sphincter and reflux of acidic contents from the stomach into the esophagus. Unsure how they do it in saudi arabia, but dilation is not the answer.
