Usually none: The only problem encountered is swallowing foreign body such as marble or coin. When have surgery for pyloric stensis the relative narrowing of pyloric channel persists for years. Liquids have no problem passing from stomach into duodenum. Large hard objects can hang up in stomach indefinitely.
