Work out pain: The tired and aches in the muscles is related to lactic acid, and drinking more fluids with electrolytes and water will help. Stretching the muscles will also reduce the pain. Ice & light massage: The soreness is microscopic tears in connective tissue. Ice will stop the pain and promote healing. Ice feels cold, then painful for 1-2 mins., then numb. Get it numg for 10-15 mins. Light massage(roller stick) helps increase blood flow and promote healing.
