What's the best way to relieve sore oozing sores between my thighs?

Skin sores/rash: Skin conditions between the sighs could just be friction burns or viral rashes. Oftentimes, these could become secondarily infected with staph/strep which may fit what you described. Have your physician take a look for the correct diagnosis and treatment.
