It depends on: What ones definition of whiteness is. Many foods and liquids (coffee, tea, red wine, curries) tobacco products ... Can all cause discoloration. Aging naturally causes discoloration. Silver fillings cause discoloration and the list goes on. Many advertisers will claim their products will whiten your teeth in two weeks or your money back. Professional whitening bestthrough your dental provider.

Hydrogen peroxide: Brush with whitening toothpaste twice daily. After, get otc 3% hydrogen peroxide (active ingredient for all teeth whitening agents). Mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 2 parts water. Rinse twice daily. Safe to use consistently. Electric toothbrushes work better too. Tea, coffee, soda, smoking are, in order, stain-causers. And see your dentist for a cleaning!

Teeth whitening: There are several good ways to whiten the teeth. First one is to use whitening trays with whitening gel. This is given to you by your dentist and you do it conviniently in your house. The other ways are to do it in office under supervision of te dentist using a laser or uv light. All methods work well. If you want one shot whitening then in office is good for you. Hope that helps.
