Dental care: Make an appointment with a dentist for a complete exam with x-rays and a thorough cleaning. Follow all the recommendations of the dentist getting your oral health up to par. Then make sure you keep up with your periodic check ups to catch any future problems early. There is no secret formula for healthy teeth and gums except what I have outlined above.
