Radial head sublux: You need a physical exam to be sure, but you could have injuries of any kind, from early arthritis to a tendonitis. That being said, pain at end range of straightening out your elbow can be a mild subluxation of your radial head outside of the annular ligament. This is not serious or in need of surgery, but treatment would improve it. Consider seeing a do or chiro for adjustment of elbow.
