Physical Therapy: Medial epicondylitis is typically treated with rest, anti-inflammatory medication, an elbow strap with activities, and physical therapy to decrease pain and increase forearm strength. If these measures fail, there are different injections that can be performed to help relieve the pain. There is a ligament on the inside of the elbow as well that may cause pain and should also be evaluated.
