Are they drooling?: Facial rashes from teething are actually the result of excessive drooling that often accompanies teething. If they are drooling this is the most likely cause. If they are not drooling then it is something else. Rosacea, however, is very rare in toddlers. If you do not think this is the result of teething then perhaps an evaluation by a pediatric dermatologist is in order.
