Usually both cheeks : Affected, as it's a benign systemic subclinical auto-immune condition affecting skin and increased microcapillary circulation. People tend to see 'broken capillaries'. It may be that one cheek is more prominently visible to you than the other. Stay away from triggers -too much sun, spicy foods, hot tubs, alcoholic beverages, and overexercising. This can be visibly treated with cosmetic lasers.
