Could be: Allergic reaction to something like a different detergent or soap you use, it's called contact dermatitis but could be many other things as well. I suggest consult with dermatologist.

Hi. The tops of my feet and my ankles are extremely itchy. Its a red rash, no bumps, just small red dots that breaks out on my skin. Really uncomfortable. It tends to flare up at night. I took some photos if there is a need for it.
