No: Hiv is transmitted by exchange of body fluids with someone who has hiv. You can't get HIV from ecstasy. I you take ecstasy and then have sex without a condom or do IV drugs, then you could acquire HIV through those behaviors. Taking ecstasy may alter your thought processes and allow you to make risky decisions that you would not make while not on drugs. Keep this in mind.
