No: This is a bizarre question and i hope this was not some morbid game. The oral route is inefficient no matter what is swallowed; historically, few people who have swallowed semen from many hiv-positive men have caught the virus, but it is still unwise not to be safe.

Unlikely: Transmission via the GI tract is possible but less likely. The virus must have access to the blood stream to infect an individual.

HIV is Hard To Get: No. This is not how HIV is transmitted. The GI tract is a full of enzymes and acids that would make the virus non-infectious.
