Lymph nodes: Good = movable, soft, variable size. Concerning = hard, red, tender, fixed, and progressively larger. Probably has a normal lymph node. They are located everywhere In The body. In the back of the head at the base of the skull there are lymph nodes in both sides. See your doctor and let him follow it with you.
