Therapy: If symptoms are minimal, i would consider a therapy problem to work on rotator cuff strengthening and periscapular strengthening . That last part just means strengthening the muscles around the shoulder blade. Do this routine daily and it should keep you going. Thank you.

Depends.: If it's a partial tear or a strain, you may require a cortisone injection and physical therapy. If it's a tear, then you may require surgery.
