14 year old playing in senior women's soccer against women in their 20's, best way to protect head from injury? headgear? what kind?

Soccer headgear: Although there are protective helmets available, studies have had inconsistent results on how effective they are for preventing concussions. Head injury can occur regardless of the age of the other team members. What is most important is, if your daughter does have impact to her head, that she stop playing and be assessed by a doctor. Too many kids continue playing and risk further injury.
