Hey i have two questions and i need detailed answer? 1-mild regurgitation for a 33years old guy ,is it normal ?and how much abnormal this finding? 2- the progression rate for mild aortic regurgitation,does it take years or decades to become severe?

Depending on the "mildness" may be normal. AI progression rate will depend on cause as well as BP and lipid levels. I would ask Dr who knows details in folks like you, who live where you live and have listened to you for murmurs and reviewed the echo.
