Nasal Deformity: Regardless of why the nose is not straight, whether from trauma or just awkward growth, there really are two different parts to address: the septum (inside the nose) and the nasal bones. Usually both need to be addressed. Hence, if your nasal bones are bent and your septum is bent, the best way to address them is with surgery. An ENT doctor can evaluate this for you and give you the specifics.
