Anxiety: Anxiety ranges from debilitating to mildly upsetting. Anxiety is a normal response when we have a percienved threat but is problematic when we are anxious & no real threat is present. Diagnoses is generally by symptoms from discussions with your md, psychiatrist, or other mental health specialist & treatment ranges from therapy to meds. Meds are used short-term or to overcome a 1 time event.
