You may need ED care: Or at least a formal consult. If this is sudden onset and recent it could be several dangerous things that need some tests to diagnose. If it has been going on for some time, probably not emergent but you still need to see your primary doc for a diagnosis. Normally an asthmatic should not be taking NSAIDs. Not something that can easily be diagnosed by telemedicine. See checklist for pleurisy.

Get checked.: Chest pain not relieved by inhalers and anxiety meds, sounds serious. Get seen now. Go to an ER. Chest pain should be taken seriously, even though it may end up being nothing. Don't take any chances.
