You need to determine the source of your pain by seeing your doctor. This may be pinched nerves, anxiety, or a combo. Using both MD help and a clinical psychologist who works w/pain management can be an effective way to treat. Modalities such a biofeedback or clinical hypnosis (www.asch.net) after seeing doc can be very useful. Peace and good health.
