No: Yoga is excellent for core strength and flexibility. However, the aging process includes wrinkling and sagging of the skin of even the most fit people. At 90, the focus should be on maintaining health and indepdendence through good diet and exercise. Of course, good health and health practices will certainly reflect on one's appearance as well.
