Nasal blockage: Nasal plugging or blockage is most commonly associated with things like deviated nasal septum, allergies, enlarged turbinates and the like. When only one side of the nose is involved, the septum is probably the most likely culprit, but you'll need to have this looked at in order to determine theexact cause and to correct it.
