It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms could be due to deviated nasal septum, a polyp in the nose due to allergy, or unilateral sinusitis. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
