Congestion: is this new? try to irrigated your nose with some salt water. You might want to consider seeing your provider if this problem continues to rule out obstruction. But most likely you have allergy or sinusitis

Sinus congestion: Sounds like you may have sinus congestion - you may do well with nasal decongestants or even a nasal steroid (both of which are over-the-counter meds at the pharmacy.

I ve been sneezing and have had a stuffy nose but i took some clarinex (desloratadine) d and i'm clear but the inside of one of my nostrils has a red swollen bump almost touching the other side. It does not hurt.
