My child is in the fourth month infant. what happens to the child now in this time, what action does or can do?

At this age..: ...The child continues to become more interactive and vocal, rolls over, and begins reaching for things. The head should be steady, and he should look for the source of a sound, and follow you around with his eyes. It's a fun time!

Four months: Your infant should be able to hold his head and either is able to roll from side to side or is almost there. He should be able to focus and recognize you. If you are breastfeeding, continue breastfeeding. If the infant is bottle fed, continue with the formula like before. Get him a well child exam and immunizations pertinent for his age.
