Shudder attacks: If you think your child may be having shudder attacks make sure to take a video of it to show your pediatrician. If it's truly shudder attacks, it will get better as they get older. Neurologically and developmentally, it should not affect the child. Also shudder attacks happen in awake state, child usually interactive the whole time even after it happens, quite the opposite for seizures.
