Pain from Elsewhere: Perhaps your pain is either originating in the spine or sacroiliac joints. Have your back evaluated.

Most likely sciatica: Pain in buttocks and legs is most likely sciatica or a pinched nerve in lower back. Less likely a problem with both hips or knees can mimic these findings.
