burning pain in outside and palm of hand, outside of arm, side of neck and foot. started in hand them added foot then neck. all same side.

Many possibilities: This requires a thorough examination and possible laboratory studies, as hard to pin down precisely what is causing all of this. Some possibilities include shingles, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, stroke, neck problems. Get this fully addressed asap.
