Rash??: Please go see a dermatologist -- rash is hard to describe but it must be observed and sometimes biopsy is taken.

Red spots on skin: If lesions are bright red, small (1 to 3mm) with no symptoms they are most likely cherry angiomas. If pink , scaly or itchy, it may be a rash and you should see a doctors if the lesions persist.
