Not really: First why are you using peroxide to rinse your mouth? Is there a specific problem that needs attention? If you are rinsing as a routine thing always remember to dilute peroxide. Use half water and half peroxide. As for eating afterwards, there si not problem with this.

No waiting : There is no need to wait. Why are you using this as a rinse? If you have bleeding gums this will not cure the gum disease this would suggest exists. See your dentist.

No wait: Hydrogen peroxide works by delivering oxygen and killing bacteria sensitive to it. Those bacteria live below the gum line where oxygen is not present. It also mean you can't get mouth rinse or hydrogen peroxide to the site hidden deep below the gumline.
