Iatrogenic trauma: Any trauma that has been induced by the dentist's activity, manner, or therapy is defined as an iatrogenic trauma. The skill, experience, and up-to-date knowledge of dentists are the main factors to prevent possible iatrogenic traumas. However self-induced trauma after local anesthesia is unpredictable. Symptomatic therapy is sufficient to alleviate and resolve symptoms. Call your dentist.

Call your dentist : I would call your dentist or see another dentist to check out those cuts.
