Blackhead: avoid squeezing any bumps on your face for risk of a worsening infection. dilute the hydrogen peroxide with 2 parts water to 1 part hydrogen peroxine. full strength may cause skin damage

Acne: Quit pinching. Pinching and touching the acne makes it worse. Gentle washing with mild cleanser two times per day helpfull. You can try OTC benzoyl peroxide, but it takes regular use to help. Check out www.niams.nih.gov or www.aad.org (American Academy of Drmatology) for further help.

What do you mean?: Made it "worse"? Bigger blackhead? It is painful and often difficult to remove a blackhead from the lip so you may need professional help to get it out. It will heal and look better when you get it out. The amount of water drunk is not relevant. Hydrogen peroxide in any form is of no benefit for any skin problem. Some birth control makes acne worse, some BC pills make it better. See a dermatologis
