Low back strain: Likely you have strained the muscles of your low back while engaging in activities of lifting and twisting and such for day to day activities. The most common cause of which is due to weak core muscles and poor lifting and body mechanics. Doing core exercises like yoga and pilates will help this also no heavy lifting and if persists see your dr.
