Im a 23 year old female, 11 weeks ago gave birth to a large baby, have noticed a firm lump on the left side of abdomen, i put it down to my body changing and getting back to normal state but it hasn't gone, causing no pain?

11 wks post delivery: If you had a C-section, the "lump" is probably a hematoma, or stitch abscess. If you had a normal delivery, this mass could be a hernia or a torn abdominal muscle. See your OB physician for an exam. All of the above are easily treated.
